অভিযোগের ক্ষেত্রে সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়বস্তুর শিরোনাম, প্রকাশের তারিখ, URL (যদি থাকে) এবং অভিযোগের কারণ উল্লেখ করার অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
প্রাপ্ত অভিযোগের acknowledgement ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে প্রদান করা হবে এবং অভিযোগটি পর্যালোচনা করে ১৫ দিনের মধ্যে সিদ্ধান্ত জানানো হবে।
সন্দর্শন প্রযোজ্য আইন এবং Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021-এর Part III-এর Code of Ethics অনুসরণে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ।
About the Publication
Sandarshan is a Bengali-language online newspaper publishing news and opinion on contemporary society, public affairs, national and international developments, science and technology, economy, education, culture, and various important issues concerning public life.
Sandarshan was established with the objective of viewing society and contemporary times from an independent perspective. Alongside information-based news reporting, one of its key objectives is to present to readers the significance of contemporary events, their social and national impact, and their broader context.
Sandarshan is a regularly published Bengali-language online e-paper. Each issue features selected news reports, articles, analyses, opinions, and other editorial content on important contemporary subjects. Previous issues are preserved in the Archive section of the publication.

While submitting a complaint, complainants are requested to mention the title of the concerned content, date of publication, URL (if available), and the reason for the complaint.
An acknowledgement of the complaint will be provided within 24 hours, and after reviewing the complaint, a decision will be communicated within 15 days.
